RT6201A/RT6201B

RT6201A/B 是採用先進恒定導通時間（ACOT^®）控制架構的同步 Buck 轉換器，可以高功率密度在 4.5V~18V 輸入下提供多達 4A 的電流輸出，具有優化的瞬態回應特性，可與各種陶瓷電容配合工作，在輸出電容的 ESR 極低時仍能確保其穩定性。它在各種輸入、輸出條件下均可保持恒定的工作頻率，在各種負載條件下均可維持高效率工作。它通過在下橋 MOSFET 上進行精確的穀值電流檢測實現逐週期電流限制，使用外部軟啟動設定消除啟動期間的輸入電流衝擊，還具有熱關機保護功能。其封裝為 SOP-8（含外露式散熱焊盤）。
